Privacy notice

This notice explains how Kinhood collects, uses and protects your personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Whether you'd like WhatsApp updates, only if you tick that box.
• Anonymous usage data (pages visited, which social platform you came from), to understand which guides help most. We do not use it to identify you.

Why we use it

• To send you what you asked for, and our weekly email if you signed up for it.
• To reply to your enquiry.
• To improve our guides.

We will never sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We use an email service provider to send emails, and a website analytics tool. These providers may store data outside Singapore; we choose providers that protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

Your choices

• Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us. We reply within 30 days.
